Receiving the gift of eternal life and having all of your sins forgiven [past, present, and future] is as simple as A-B-C:

   A - Admit that you are a sinner (Romans 3:10,25)
   B - Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31)
   C - Confess Him as your Savior and Lord (Romans 10:9,10;John 1:12)

If you want to repent of your sin and receive God's free gift of salvation you can pray a prayer like this:
    Dear God, I Know that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead to forgive me of my sins and give me eternal life. I want to turn my back on my sin [repent] and receive Your gift of salvation [eternal life] and begin living my life to obey and follow You!
